Dog tired

Landed in Singapore at 8:00 this morning after 13 hours of non sleeping flying. Of course at that time it was midnight London time and after sleeping only a handful of hours the night before (all that excitement) I was shattered! Still, we managed to fit in a lot today...

After being picked up by Charlotte's mum, we went to her house and dropped off our stuff before one of Charlotte's friends came to take us to church. We went to ARPC and guess who was speaking there this morning? John Chapman!! How amazing is that? Granted, I didn't take much in (what with jetlag and all that) but he spoke on Mark 2:1-17, the same passage on the paralitic man that we did in our mid-week bible study at my usual church in London. Pretty cool.

Then we went for lunch at a local hawker market - very cheap, lots of variety, definately worth a visit! After lunch, we got on a bus and went into town to one of the large shopping malls so that I could buy a digital camera and take lots of pictures to make this blog more interesting for you.

Right now it's nearly 6pm, my new camera is on charge, I've showered and I think that me for the night. We fly out to KL tomorrow morning for a few days before returning to Singapore for Chinese New Year so watch this space...
